I do have good working relationship with the admin staff. The caregivers were wonderful to Mom, very attentive and respectful. Working with the main office of Home Instead was seamless. We were very pleased with the care, and Mom loved the caregivers.

Our care givers were always timely and provided much appreciated feedback and support. The overall sensitivity and need for additional safety precautions during Covid 19 were handled seamlessly. It was a very positive experience that made a stressful time much easier. This is an agency that my mother hired after she was hospitalized with the flu, that left her fatigued, isolated and having little energy to do anything.

Support staff always accessible and are very good at adapting to our parents needs and any scheduling changes. We have been working with Home Instead for past 3 years, have used this agency for multiple family members. When I need to contact the office, my concern is addressed and if necessary, the phone call is promptly returned. The services they provide is personal assistance and non-medical. They provide housekeeping that means cleaning, laundry, errands, cooking, and serving my dinner. It's four hours a day, four days a week, so that's for 16 hours a day. The aides are very friendly, very professional, very caring, and very helpful. In today's busy world, finding time to balance your daily commitments and make time for your loved ones can be a problem.

The caregivers were very attentive to their needs, always on time and always acted in a professional manner. Our parents enjoyed having the company and knowing that their needs would be met. The office was very flexible with our requests for schedule changes. We did not have to ever wonder if someone would be available to be with our parents. It was a pleasure working with everyone at the agency. My husband wanted to make sure I was taken care of when he returned to work after my knee replacement surgery, even though I felt that I could manage alone.
Over the years, we have had different needs and Home Instead was always there to help us sort that out. All the caregivers have been kind, caring, trustworthy, and very professional. Since I live some distance from my mom, it has been hugely reassuring to know that I can count on Home Instead. Having a caregiver who not only attends to my mom’s needs at home but also helps her schedule appointments and accompanies her to the appointments is a special plus. My primary contact there has been my extra set of eyes and ears when it comes to my mom’s care.
